If someone went looking for the best in your field today, would they find you?

The people winning your opportunities aren’t better than you. They’re just easier to find.

Boards, buyers, search committees and journalists form their view of you before they ever meet you — from whatever they can find. And what they find is usually a stranger.
It is fixable, and it takes less of you than you would expect. About two hours a month. The rest is our work.

The two-minute test

Don’t take our word for it. Ask the machine.

Boards, buyers, search committees, journalists and conference organizers increasingly begin with an AI system. To look at what they see, open any two of ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini or Claude and run these three searches about yourself.

01

Your own category

“Who are the leading voices on [your field] in [your market]?”

Does your name appear at all? Do you recognize the names that do — and are they genuinely ahead of you?

02

Your own position

“What does [your name] believe about [your subject]?”

Is there a point of view attributable to you — or generalities, or something invented, or nothing at all?

03

What your clients type

“Best [your specialty] in [your city]”

The exact search your own clients, patients and partners run. Who comes back instead of you?

Two more searches

The two nobody thinks to run — and how to read what comes back.

04

Whether you get recommended

“If I needed the best [your field] advisor in [your market], who should I call?”

Search 01 asks whether you can be listed. This asks whether you can be recommended — a far higher bar, and the one an actual referral runs on.

05

Whether anything is citable

“What has [your name] published or written about [your subject]?”

The search that most reliably comes back empty. A system can only quote what exists in a form it can point to. This is the one that shows you whether anything does.

How to read what comes back

Four results, in roughly descending order of how often we see them. Only one of them is good.

Absent
Nothing returns, or the answer is complete without you. The most common outcome by a distance, and the most misread. This is not a ranking problem you can climb. The system is not weighing you and placing you low — it has nothing to weigh.
Thin
A title, an employer, perhaps a conference photograph. You exist as a location rather than a position. Anyone reading it learns where you work and nothing about what you think, which is the specific thing a board is trying to find out.
Wrong
Invented detail, or a merge with someone who shares your name. Worse than absence, because it is stated with total confidence and nobody thinks to check it. We find this more often than anyone expects, and it is the one people find hardest to look at.
Dated
A role you left, a firm that changed, a view you have moved past. The record froze at the last moment somebody else wrote about you. It keeps working — just on behalf of a version of you that no longer exists.
If you saw any of the four, the useful question is not how do I rank higher. It is what would have to exist for the answer to be different — and that is a question about what you have published, not about what you have posted.

The two searches above, all five as a one-page sheet you can run tonight, and the guide to reading what comes back. No cost, and nothing to sit through.

If the answers were thin, that is not a marketing problem.
It is a record problem — and records can be built.

Why it matters now

Decisions about you… are made before you are in the room.

Decades of your stories, insights, leadership and perspective are invisible to the AI systems now shaping those decisions. It’s not just ranked low. It is absent.

Boards & committees

Form a view from what is public, long before an introduction is ever arranged.

Clients & customers

Search before they call. Absence reads as irrelevance, not as discretion.

Media & influencers

Invite the people they can quote. Nothing citable means nothing quoted.

Peers with less depth

Occupy the space you left empty — not because they know more, but because they are findable.

Why now

Why leadership communication and strategic publishing became urgent.

Three things changed in under two years. Most senior leaders have not noticed any of them, because none of them announced themselves.

01

Expertise became cheap. Perspective did not.

Anyone can now produce a competent answer on almost any subject in seconds. What no machine has is decades of experience — decisions made, mistakes paid for, positions earned the hard way.

But here is the difficulty. It cannot point to your perspective either, unless you have written it down. Undocumented expertise now sits in the same bucket as generated expertise. That is new, and it is not in your favor.

02

The first question about you is no longer asked to a person.

It used to be a colleague. Then a search engine. Now it is increasingly AI that only recommends what has been published, attributed and distributed.

51%of senior decision-makers now begin research with an AI assistant more often than with Google — up from 29% eleven months earlier
69%went on to choose differently from what they had originally intended, based on what came back

Research across 1,076 senior decision-makers, 2026.

03

The gap widens whether or not you act.

Every quarter, your peers publish. Their articles, books and interviews become the material from which the next generation of answers is assembled.

Doing nothing is not holding position. It is losing ground at a rate you cannot see, in rooms you are not in.

The part nobody says out loud

AI will not replace you.
It will replace the version of you that was never written down.

A leader whose value is “knows a great deal about this” is now competing with a free tool that also knows a great deal about this.

A leader with a published, attributable position is not competing with it at all. That leader gets cited by it.

The difference is not talent, or even experience. It is whether the thinking exists in a form a machine can find, quote and attribute to a name.

The leaders who define the next decade will not be the ones who resisted the tools. They will be the ones whose thinking was documented well enough that the tools amplify them.
What should happen

When someone goes looking for the best in your field, they find you.

U.P.S.C.

Your Unique Personalized Source Code

A structured, confidential repository built from deep interviews with you — and the foundation everything else in the program is made from.

Your frameworksYour positionsYour stories Hard-won lessonsTurning pointsHow you actually phrase things

It is why the work sounds like you rather than like an agency writing about you — and why you never face a blank page. Every article, video, podcast, keynote and chapter is drawn from it, so your voice stays consistent across a year of output — and stays recognizably yours as the volume grows.

It also does something quieter and more valuable. It captures a body of thinking that has, until now, existed only in your head and in the rooms you happened to be in.

You own it outright. During the engagement, and permanently afterwards.

What it asks of you

About two hours a month. That is the whole ask.

Most of it sits in the first six weeks, when we interview you properly and build the source material. After that it drops to a conversation and a review — an afternoon, once a month, for the rest of the year.

What you do
  • Talk. In structured interviews, about work you have already done.
  • Review and approve.
  • Correct us when we get your thinking wrong.
What we do
  • Research, structure, write, edit, design, publish, register, distribute.
  • Everything else.
  • Get it right the next time, and keep the record consistent for a full year.

You have already done the hard part. You have put in years of work, dedication, grit and determination. What remains is extraction — and that is our work, not yours.

What changes

What is different about your position a year from now.

Not a list of deliverables — that is set out in full in the proposal. This is what actually changes.

You stop being assessed like a vendor

A leader with a published body of work is evaluated differently from one holding a brochure. The conversation moves from what you charge to what you know — and it starts several steps further along than it used to.

You get quoted

A book with an ISBN, a registered copyright and global distribution is the most citable asset a leader can own. Journalists, boards and search systems finally have something to point at. At some point a stranger repeats one of your own sentences back to you, not knowing it is yours.

Invitations arrive instead of being chased

Stages, panels, podcasts and boards go to people whose position on a subject is already on the record. Being on the record is the qualifying step you are currently missing — and when you do walk in, they already know how you think.

Your thinking exists outside your head

Structured, documented and permanent — no longer dependent on you being in the room to explain it. You stop introducing yourself. You get introduced by your ideas.

Your visibility compounds

Each article, episode and chapter makes the next one easier to find. Twelve months builds an asset that keeps working — not a campaign that stops when the spending does.

You own every part of it

The book, the copyright, the registrations and your source repository — all in your name. During the engagement, and permanently afterwards.

The twelve months

A year of work, in five movements.

A team working on your record every month for a full year — not a project you forget about.

Setup
Weeks 1–4

We learn how you actually think.

Quarter 1
Months 1–3

Your voice becomes visible.

Quarter 2
Months 4–6

Your book takes shape.

Quarter 3
Months 7–9

You become a published author.

Quarter 4
Months 10–12

The world starts finding it.

The complete schedule — every article, video, podcast, white paper and publishing milestone — is set out in the proposal, which we send after we have spoken.
Who this is for

Accomplished people whose public record is thinner than their expertise.

Every leader we take on is reviewed personally. Not everyone is accepted — the work is resource-intensive, and we take a limited number of leaders each quarter.

01

Chairmen, MDs & Founder-CEOs

Whose name effectively is the institution — and whose public profile has never matched the stature of what they built.

02

Surgeons & Senior Physicians

Running their own hospitals or practices, where patients and referring colleagues search before they ever call.

03

Senior Lawyers & Professionals

In their own practice, where reputation drives every referral and the shortlist forms without you.

04

Consultants, Experts & CXOs

Whose thinking is the product — and who need it documented, published and citable rather than lost in the noise.

If your colleagues know exactly how good you are, and the wider world does not, this was designed for you.

Who this is not for. Anyone looking for quick visibility, follower counts, or a book printed without strategy behind it. We work with senior leadership only, and the program runs for a full year.

The difference

Why this cannot be compared.

Closing the gap requires three capabilities at the same time. Most providers hold one of them.

ProviderWhat they doWhat they cannot do
PR / media agencyPlacements, press, visibilityCannot publish a globally distributed, copyrighted book
Cheap publisherInexperienced publishingNo strategy, no ongoing content system, no positioning
PrinterPrints a bookNo quality, no publishing, no distribution
Marketing agencyPosts, ads, engagementNot executive-level. No publishing capability. No owned asset
Executive coachClarity and confidenceProduces nothing findable — no assets exist afterwards
GhostwriterA manuscriptOne asset. No system, no distribution, no ongoing engine

You need the content system, and international publishing, and strategic positioning.
We are the only experts who provide all three.

We are not an advertising agency, a public relations firm, a vanity press, a book printer, or a marketing agency. We are your leadership communication advisor and strategic publishing partner.

What we will not claim

Nobody can promise that any AI system will cite you. Those systems are opaque and they change without notice, and anyone telling you otherwise is selling something they cannot deliver. What can be built is the record they draw from — published, attributable, distributed, and owned by you. Everything else follows from that, or does not happen at all.

And the part that is not commercial at all

Everything you have learned in all these years lives in your head.

01

It is not written down. It is not published. It is not anywhere a younger person could find it, argue with it, or build on it.

02

Which means when you stop, it goes with you. The reputation lingers a while — five years, perhaps ten. The thinking goes immediately.

03

Most of this page is about opportunities you are losing now. This part is not. It is about whether the way you think about your work survives you at all.

The leaders who last are not the ones who knew the most.
They are the ones who wrote it down.

The Findability Report

Most senior leaders have never seen themselves the way a stranger sees them. This is that, in writing.

Not an opinion about your visibility. The actual searches, the actual results, and the specific distance between who you are and what can be found.

  • Eight searches run across three AI tools plus conventional search, captured verbatim with screenshots
  • Your published record audited — what citable material exists under your name, and what doesn’t
  • Your positioning examined — whether your profile states a point of view or only a job title
  • Who is being found instead of you, and specifically why they are
  • Three to five named gaps, each with what closing it would actually take
  • Including what you could do yourself, without us
  • A twenty-minute walkthrough with one of our senior advisors — the results explained live, on screen, and the recording sent to you afterwards
  • Reviewed and verified by our expert before it reaches you — never machine-generated and sent unchecked
